For patients who wish to address more than one concern, several genital aesthetic procedures can be safely combined in a single session under general anaesthesia — for example labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction, or vaginoplasty with perineoplasty. A combined approach means one recovery period, one anaesthesia, and a coherent aesthetic result. Dr. Meryem Uçarer plans each combination conservatively, never adding a procedure that is not clearly in the patient’s interest.
